Se It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the ordinance (02012-3831) amending Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago by adding new Section 17-9-0119 and modifying Sections 17-3-0207 and 17-4-0207 regarding location restrictions for certain food establishments selling live poultry, passed by the City Council on July 25, 2012, is hereby corrected by deleting the subheading entitled "17-3-0207 Use Table and Standards" appearing in the 10^th printed line from the top of page 31630 and inserting in lieu thereof "17-4-0207 Use Table and Standards".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect after its passage.
