BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

That Chapter 4-244-140 is amended to include the prohibition of peddling of any merchandise or other articles whatsoever, within the following designated areas:

'West 79^th Street

'West 83^rd Street

'West 87^th Street

on the south side of the street, from South Lafayette Avenue to South Damen Avenue,"

on both sides of the street, from South Lafayette Avenue to South Damen Avenue," and

on both sides of the street, from South Lafayette Avenue to South Damen Avenue."
