Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to STONEWATER ONE NORTH STATE FUNDING LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, one (1) Subway Connection(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1-15 N. State St
Subway Connection To Washington/Madison/State Street Subway Stations.
Subsurface space is used as a building connection to the Washington/Madison/State Streets subway entrance. Dimensions of existing subsurface space is approximately seventy (70) feet in length and eight (8) feet in width, an area approximately five hundred sixty (560) square feet. Existing subsurface space is located approximately one hundred ninety-two (192) feet south of the south line of East Washington Street and approximately seventy-nine (79) feet north of the north line of East Madison Street, adjacent to its premises known as 1-15 North State Street.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1103556 herein granted the sum of one thousand seven hundred two ($1,702.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
