25 EAST WASHINGTON ASSOCIATES, L.P. Acct. No. 44002 -1 Permit No. 1103783
 
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 25 EAST WASHINGTON ASSOCIATES, L.P., upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 25 E. Washington St Existing subsurface vaults are described as follows:
 
Said Vault(s) at North Holden Court measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred forty-three (143) feet in length, and sixteen point five (16.5) feet in width for a total of two thousand three hundred fifty-nine point five (2359.5) square feet. Existing subsurface vault is located at a depth of one (1) level.
Said Vault(s) at N. Wabash Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred forty-three (143) feet in length, and twenty-one point seven five (21.75) feet in width for a total of three thousand one hundred ten point two five (3110.25) square feet. Existing subsurface vault is located at a depth of three (3) levels.
Said Vault(s) at E. Washington Street measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred ninety (190) feet in length, and thirteen (13) feet in width for a total of two thousand four hundred seventy (2470) square feet. Existing subsurface vault is located at a depth of three (3) levels.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1103783 herein granted the sum of twenty-eight thousand three hundred seventy-eight ($28,378.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after 12/14/2012.
