BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:



SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the current C2-3 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-K in the area bounded by:
Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad; South Kostner Avenue; West 26th Street; a line 394.54 feet west of South Kostner Avenue, as measured along the north line of West 26th Street; a line from a point on the previously described line 605.78 feet north of West 26th Street extending in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 92.28 feet to a point 338.87 west of South Kostner Avenue as measured along a line parallel to the Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad right-of-way from a point along the west line of South Kostner Avenue located 759.71 feet north of West 26th Street
to those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District which is hereby established in the area described above.
SECTION 2. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the current B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-J in the area bounded by:
Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad; South Kostner Avenue; West 26th Street; a line 394.54 feet west of South Kostner Avenue, as measured along the north line of West 26lh Street; a line from a point on the previously described line 605.78 feet north of West 26th Street extending in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 92.28 feet to a point 338.87 west of South Kostner Avenue as measured along a line parallel to the Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad right-of-way from a point along the west line of South Kostner Avenue located 759.71 feet north of West 26th Street



to those of a Residential - Business Planned Development which is hereby established in the area described above.
