S U BSTITUIE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 through 6 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (40.10), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of September 27, 2007 at pages 9557 through 9559, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (40.10) On the west side of Clark Street, from West Granville Avenue to West
Devon Avenue.
4-60-022 (48.6) On the east side of Clark Street, from West Granville Avenue to West
Devon Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (40.43), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of September 27, 2007 at pages 9557 through 9559, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (40.43) On the west side of Clark Street, from West Granville Avenue to West
Devon Avenue.
4-60-023 (48.9) On the east side of Clark Street; from West Granville Avenue to West
Devon Avenue.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (40.3(b)), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of November 2, 2011 at pages 11898 through 11899, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (40.3(b)) On the east side of Clark Street, from Devon Avenue to Wallen Avenue.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (40.5(b)), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of October 5, 2011 at pages 8800 through 8801, with the following underscored text: ¦
