REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE TO THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF CHICAGO
COUNCIL MEETING January 17,2013



BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of Transportation
the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Water Management, the Commissioner of Fire, the Executive Director of Construction and Permits, the Director of Revenue, The Commissioner of Environment, The Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection, The Department of Housing and Economic Development, The Bureau of Planning & Zoning and the Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby directed to issue all necessary permits, all on-site water/sewer inspection fees and all water/sewer plan review fees. Waive all permit fees associated with the sealing of the existing disconnection of the water service at the water main and also the fees for the new 6 inch pressure tap and materials including the water meter free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, to, the Chicago Housing Authority a not-for-profit Illinois Corporation, related to the erection and maintenance of the building(s) and fuel storage facilities at said location(s).
