SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A7872

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Commercial Manufacturing Planned Development No. 789 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 15-K in the area bounded by

A line 1,018 feet north of and parallel to West Hollywood Avenue; North Pulaski Road; a line 800 feet north of and parallel to West Hollywood Avenue; and a line 1,233.34 feet west of and parallel to North Pulaski Road,

to those of an M2-1 Light Industry District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
