BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Merrimac Avenue        5600 block - on east side of the street, Zone 7

and on west side of the street, Zone 29."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"South Merrimac Avenue        5600 block - on both sides ofthe street -

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - all days (Install one new zone, to include both sides of the street)."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from the date of July 15, 2013.
