CITY COUNCIL January 17, 2013

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, which established a Rush Hour Parking Restriction - on North Central Avenue (es) from West Belmont Avenue to West Diversey Avenue, No Parking Tow Zone, Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and due publication.
