BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on 10/3/2012, printed on page 36016 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date,

establishing "Loading Zone" in designated area, be and the same is hereby

amended by striking there from, the following:

"On N. Wells St., from a point 403 feet north of Division to a point 463 feet north of Division - Loading Zone."

and inserting in lieu thereof:

"On N. Wells St., from a point 50 feet south of Goethe to a point 150 feet south of Goethe - Loading Zone."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after
