SECTION 1. The Department of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to install paid parking on:

N. Wolcott Avenue, east side of the street, from W. Division Street heading north to driveway (1201 TO 1213 N. Wolcott Avenue) - Add 3 paid parking spaces
