Please be advised that responsive to authority contained in the ordinance adopted by the City Council (the "City Council") of the City of Chicago (the "City") on June 8, 2011 (the "Ordinance"), providing for the issuance of not to exceed $18,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds (Goldblatts Supportive Living Project), Series 2013 (the "Bonds"), a Bond Purchase Agreement, dated January 23, 2013 (the "Purchase Agreement"), providing for the sale of the Bonds, was entered into by me as the Chief Financial Officer, with the concurrence of the Chairman on Finance of the City Council and William Blair & Company and Duncan-Williams, Inc., the underwriters for the Bonds (the "Underwriters"), at an aggregate price of $17,640,000 for the Bonds (representing the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds, less Underwri...
