North Wolcott Avenue, West Addison Avenue, a line 50.50 feet East of and parallel to North Wolcott Avenue, the alley next South and parallel to West Addison Avenue.
to those of a B3-1 Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
