Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ILLINOIS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Conduit(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3100-3400 S. State St
Said Conduit(s) at W. 33rd Street measure(s):
One (1) eighteen (18) inch conduit containing an eight (8) inch pipe and four (4) inch condensate pipe under and across West 33rd Street at the west line of South Dearborn Street. Existing conduit shall be eighteen (18) inches in width, sixty-six (66) feet in length for a total of ninety-nine (99) square feet used for heating.

Said Conduit(s) at S. State Street measure(s):
One (1) eighteen (18) conduit containing heating pipes under and across South State Street ninety-eight (98) feet south of-the centerline of West 32nd Street. Existing conduit shall be eighteen (18) inches in width, one hundred thirty (130) feet in length for a total of one hundred ninety-five (195) square feet used for heating.
Said Conduit(s) at W. 33rd Street measure(s):
One (1) eight (8) inch steam pipe together with a three (3) inch condensate pipe and six (6) four (4) inch copper transit conduits in concrete under and across West 33rd Street at a point one hundred fifty-eight (158) feet west of the west line of South Michigan Avenue. Existing concrete conduit shall be approximately (18) inches in width, sixty-six (66) feet in length for a total of ninety-nine (99) square feet and shall be used for heating, electrical and telephone service.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
