AMENDED ORDINANCE February 25, 2013
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
SECTION 1. That an ordinance hereto passed by the City Council on January 17, 2013 (Journal Page 45617), establishing an Honorary Street- name sign, on portions of designated streets, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:
Standardization of Chicago Avenue, at Wolcott Avenue, southeast corner, as John J. Horodecki Way
And inserting in lieu thereof,
Standardization of Chicago Avenue, at Oakley Boulevard, southwest comer, as John J. Horodecki Way
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass An amendment to an ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago on January 17, 2013, and printed on page 45617 of the C.J.P. of the City of Chicago, is hereby amended by deleting the words, "Standardization of Chicago Avenue, at Wolcott Avenue, southeast corner, as John J. Horodecki Way", and inserting in its place the words, "Standardization of Chicago Avenue, at Oakley Boulevard, southwest corner, as "John J. Horodecki Way".
