ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following portions of the below named streets have been designated as residential parking zones for the locations and zones indicated:
And that the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing a single, consolidated Residential Parking Zone in the area with boundaries W. Lawrence Ave. to the north, N. Sheridan Rd. to the east, W. Wilson to the south, and N. Broadway to the west,
4600 to 4800 N Broadway Ave.(odd side of street); 4601 to 4753 N. Broadway, 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., all days (Zone 1268);
1000 to 1200 W Lawrence Ave. (odd side of street); 1001 to 1199 W. Lawrence, 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., all days (Zone 1268);
4600 to 4800 N Sheridan Rd. (even side of street); 4600 to 4750 N. Sheridan, 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., all days (Zone 1268);
1000 to 1100 W Wilson Ave.(even side of street); 1000 to 1058 W. Wilson, to 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., all days (Zone 1268);
SECTION 2. That the aforementioned zones are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries one (1) Residential Parking Zone, with the effective hours of 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., all days Zone 1268— Department of Streets & Sanitation).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 2013.
