SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) of the Code, the following address ranges are designated as buffer zones for a residential parking zone (Zone 62). The residents living in the following address ranges of the indicated streets are eligible to acquire a permit to park in the adjacent residential parking permit zone (Zone 1618), as a result of insufficient available parking caused by that adjacent zone:
4237 to 4355 N. Ashland (East side of the street) 2215 to 2343 W. Montrose (South side of the street) 2141 to 2344 W. Cullom (Both sides of the street) 4310 to 4356 N. Leavitt (Both sides of the street) 4310 to 4351 N. Oakley (Both side of the street)
SECTION 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
