ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following portions of the below named streets have been designated as residential parking zones for the locations and zones indicated:

And that the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing a single, consolidated Residential Parking Zone in the area with boundaries MONTROSE AVENUE ON THE NORTH FROM WESTERN AVENUE ON THE WEST TO LELAND AVENUE ON THE WEST, AND CULLOM ON THE SOUTH.

• 4300 Block of N. Claremont, all days, all hours (Zone 1618);
• 4300 Block of N. Bell (Zone 1619);

SECTION 2. That the aforementioned zones are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries one (1) Residential Parking Zone, ALL DAYS with the effective hours of 7pm -7am (Zone 1618 — Department of Streets & Sanitation).

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 2013.
