CITY COUNCIL February 13, 2013

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on April 11, 2007, printed on page 102920 of the Journal of the Proceedings of said date, establishing a loading zone in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:

"W. Irving Park Road (south side) from a point 165 feet west of N. Marmora to a point 58 feet west thereof: No Parking Loading Zone - Tow Zone (06-01868518)"

and inserting in lieu thereof

"W. Irving Park Road (south side) from a point 165 feet west of N. Marmora, to a point 20 feet west thereof:: No Parking Loading Zone - Tow Zone"

Public Benefit

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
