BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 010 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall operate such vehicle only in the direction specified below on the public ways between the limits indicated:

AMEND SINGLE DIRECTION:

Amend ordinance passed June 3, 2009, journal page 63992 which reads: W. Kinzie Street from N. Peoria Street to N. Elizabeth Street: One Way, westerly by striking: N. Elizabeth and inserting: N. Racine -12-02000704; also add: W. Kinzie Street from N. Ogden Avenue to N. Elizabeth Street -single direction, easterly - 12-02000684 [02012-6684]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
