BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to Global Marketing Enterprises for the erection of a sign/signboard over 24 feet in height and/ or over 100 sq.ft. (in area of one face) at

1801 South Canal Street, Chicago, IL 60616

with the dimensions, height and sq.ft. area:

Dimensions: Length: 5 feet   Height 27 feet Height Above Grade / Roof to top of Sign: 34 feet Total Square Foot Area: 135 Square Feet

Such a sign will comply with all applicable provisions of TITLE 17 ofthe Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures
