Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 111 NORTH CANAL, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, five (5) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 111 N. Canal St
Said Vault(s) at W. Washington measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred sixty (160) feet in length, and twelve (12) feet in width for a total of one thousand nine hundred twenty (1920) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N. Canal measure(s):
One (1) at three hundred twenty (320) feet in length, and thirteen (13) feet in width for a total of four thousand one hundred sixty (4160) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at W. Randolph measure(s):
One (1) at ninety (90) feet in length, and fourteen (14) feet in width for a total of one thousand two hundred sixty (1260) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-seven (37) feet in length, and fourteen (14) feet in width for a total of five hundred eighteen (518) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-three (33) feet in length, and fourteen (14) feet in width for a total of four hundred sixty-two (462) square feet.
Existing vaulted area contain heating system and also is used for storage space for building.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1104318 herein granted the sum of twenty thousand seven hundred sixty-seven ...
