ORDINANCE

April 10, 2013

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby rescinded as residential parking zone, for the following locations:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the25th Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

• 2205 to 2259 W. Cermak Rd (odd side of the street) (Zone 109)
• 2206 to 2258 W. Cermak Rd (even side of the street) (Zone 109)

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance rescinds the aforementioned boundaries located within Residential Permit Parking Zone 109.
