ORDINANCE

April 10, 2013

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential parking zone, for the following locations:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 25^th Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

• 1800 to 1898 W. 17^th St. (even side of the street); 1801 to 1899 W. 17^th St. (odd side of the street), (Zone 816)
• 1900 to 1928 W. 17^th St. (even side of the street); 1901 to 1927 W. 17^th St. (odd side of the street), (Zone 393)
• 1900 tO 1956 W. 21^st (even side of the street); 1901 to 1955 W. 21^st. (odd side of the street), (Zone 1042)
• 1706 to 1722 S. Hamilton Ave. (even side of street); 1707 to 1721 S. Hamilton Ave. (odd side of the street); (Zone 521)

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Residential Permit Parking Zone 1136, shall take effect upon passage and publication.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
