ORDINANCE
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential parking zone, for the following locations:
 
 
That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 25 Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Residential Permit Parking Zone 109, shall take effect upon passage and publication.
