Re: Loading Zone Application Dear Alderman Mall,
Honey Butter Fried Chicken, a fast-casual restaurant, will be opening in tho summer of 2013 at 3361 N. Elston Avenue. We are requesting a loading zone on Baton Ave. from the southernmoflt point of our property line on Elston stretching north to the currently posted "No Parking" sign, located 28'-9" south of the northernmost point of our property line (see attached site plan). We will be utilizing this loading zone apodflcally for deliveries end waste removal. The loading zone on Elston will provide delivery driver* with a place to easily perk while they deliver food and supplies to our restaurant, It will also serve as a designated area for parking for waste removal from our bade entrance, The loading zone on Elston will keep larger vehidee off the residential street (Roscoe) bordering our building.
Description of delivery schedule (Including frequency and volume of deliveries):
Most deliveries and loading/unloading will occur In the mornings between 8 am to 11 am, with a couple of scattered deliveries in the early afternoon. Some of our farmers deliver late night {10 pm to 11 pm) ss well. Volume of deliveries vary, but we expert heavier deliveries on Fridays (before a weekend service) and Wednesdays (to restock after the weekend and our closed day Tuesday.) We expect smaller deliveries more often as oppoaed to larger deliveries less frecjuendy due to our storage limitations Bnd desire to have the fresher food products as possible.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Mayer Partner, Honey Butter Fried Chicken LLC
