Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 040 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed July 6, 2011 C.J.P. 3058

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

Amend Ordinance passed 7/6/11 CJP 3058 which reads: No Parking Tow Zone - Street Cleaning, West Diversey (North Side) from N. Lake Shore Drive to N. Commonwealth Avenue -9:00 am to 1:00 pm Second Tuesday of every month. April 1 - November 30. By Striking: Second Tuesday of every month and Inserting First Tuesday of every month.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
