ORDINANCE
 
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 through 4 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
 
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (37.14), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of June 9, 2010 at pages 93691 through 93693, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (37.14)      On West North Avenue, from North Kenton Avenue to North Cicero Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (37.36), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of November 17, 2010 at pages 108063 through 108065, with the following underscored text:
 
4-60-023 (37.36) On North Cicero Avenue, from West Augusta Boulevard to West Division Street.
 
SECTION 4.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
