OFFICE OF INDEPENDENT BUDGET ANALYSIS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  The Annual Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal year 2013 is hereby amended by subtracting the amount of $200,000 from Department 99 -Finance General code number 9232 (Innovation Fund) of Fund 0100 and by inserting the words and figures indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto.
