ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District of the symbols and indications as shown on Map No 22-H in the area bounded by

a line 97 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 25 feet east of and parallel to North Bell Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West North Avenue; and North Bell Avenue,

and in the area bounded by

a line 97 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 75 feet east of and parallel to North Bell Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West North Avenue; and a line 50 feet east of and parallel to North Bell Avenue

to those of B3-2 Community Shopping District

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
