ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Residential-Business Planned Development Number 1003 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-E in the area bounded by:

the east/west alley north of and parallel to East Huron Street; a line 85.09 feet east of and parallel to North State Street; East Huron Street; and North State Street,

to those of a DX-12 Downtown Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
