Reporting for your Committee on Economic, Capital and Technology Development for which a meeting was held on May 30, 2013; having had under consideration a Class 7(b) tax incentive for the property located at 2501 North Elston, and the reappointments of Shirley J. Newsome and Lynda A. blander,and the appointment of Leslie D. Davis as members of Community Development Commission, all of these items were introduced by Mayor Rahm Emanuel on May 8, 2013, begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body Pass the proposed ordinance and appointments transmitted herewith.
