ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

SECTION 2.  Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (8.25), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 9, 2012 at pages 26701 through 26702, with the following underscored text:

4-60-022 (8.25)        On 87^th Street, Dorchester Avenue to Woodlawn Avenue.
