Application number 13-26-C-00-ORD is to impose a passenger facility charge (PFC) at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) for use at ORD.
In accordance with §158.29 of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations ("CFR") ofthe Federal Aviation Regulations1, this Final Agency Decision (FAD) includes the appropriate determinations to approve or disapprove, in whole or in part, imposition of a PFC at ORD and use of PFC revenue on three projects at ORD2.
