BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
 
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 010 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall operate such vehicle only in the direction specified below on the public ways between the limits indicated:

Carmen Ave; and from the first driveway north of W. Carmen Avenue to W. Foster Avenue; single direction northerly by striking the above; also add N. Keeler Avenue from W. Lawrence Avenue to W. Repeal; Single Direction to two way traffic: Goethe from 150 W. Goethe (the alley) west to the intersection of W. Goethe and N. Wells [02013-4139]
