DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council allowing erection of honorary street-name sign, the Commissioner of Transportation shall take the necessary steps for standardization of West 71^st Street from Kedzie Avenue to Pulaski Road as "Emmett Till Road".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and due publication.
