SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the DR-3, Downtown Residential District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-G in the area bounded by
The east/west public alley next north and parallel to West Adams Street; a line 148.90 feet west of and parallel to South Aberdeen Street; West Adams Street; and a line 360.23 feet west of and parallel to South Aberdeen Street
to those of a DX-5 Downtown Mixed Use District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
