BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the M1-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols as shown on Map No. 28-E in the area bounded by:
A line 200 feet North of and parallel to East 112 Street; a public alley next East of and parallel to South Michigan Avenue; a line 150 feet North of and parallel to East 112 Street; South Michigan Avenue.
To those of a Bl-3, Neighborhood Shopping District
SECTION 2. This Ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
