BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO CITY COUNCIL:
SECTION 1. Section 4-60-010 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago is hereby amended by adding new language underlined as follows:
4-60-010 Definitions.
Whenever the following words and phrases are used in this chapter, they shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
"Alcoholic liquor" means and includes alcohol, spirits, wine and beer.

"Licensed establishment" means any place of business for which a city license for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor has been issued.
 
"Limited package goods license" means a city license for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor enclosed in the original bottle, jug, can, keg, cask or other receptacle or container, corked. capped or sealed and labeled by a manufacturer of an alcoholic liquor, to contain and convey alcoholic beverages except those that contain anv distilled spirits.

SECTION 2. The commissioner of business affairs and consumer protection is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate any other such rules as is necessary to regulate and set the fee for a limited package goods license.
