ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-F in the area bounded by

The perpendicular public alley to South Lowe Avenue next north of and parallel to West 37^th Street; a perpendicular line to West 37^th Street 49.4 feet east of and parallel to South Lowe Avenue; West 37^th Street; South Lowe Avenue,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
