ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 22-H in the area bounded by

The public alley next north of and parallel to West 95 Street; a line 75 feet west of and parallel to South Charles Street; West 95^th Street; a 100.72 feet long perpendicular line to West 95^th Street that is 94.99 feet west of the west line of South Charles Street; a northeasterly line 27.77 feet long beginning at a point 94.99 feet west of the west boundary line of South Charles Street and 100.72 feet north of the north boundary line of West 95^th Street and ending at a point 74.99 feet west of the west boundary line of South Charles Street and 119.96 feet north of the north boundary line of West 95^th Street,

to those of a Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
