Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to EAST BELLEVUE, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use six (6) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 21 E. Bellevue PI
Said Awning(s) at Rush Street measure(s):
One (1) at eighteen point eight three (18.83) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one hundred fifty point six four (150.64) square feet.
One (1) at eighteen point five eight (18.58) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-eight point six four (148.64) square feet.
One (1) at eighteen point nine two (18.92) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one hundred fifty-one point three six (151.36) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at E. Bellevue Place measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-seven point one seven (27.17) feet in length, and nine point eight three (9.83) feet in width for a total of two hundred sixty-seven point zero eight (267.08) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-eight point two five (28.25) feet in length, and nine point eight three (9.83) feet in width for a total of two hundred seventy-seven point seven (277.7) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-one point five (21.5) feet in length, and nine point eight three (9.83) feet in width for a total of two hundred eleven point three five (211.35) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
