Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to DOMINICK'S Finer Foods, Inc. #1695, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twenty-one (21) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 959 W. Fullerton Ave
Said Awning(s) at W. Fullerton Ave. (1st & 2nd Fl) measure(s):
Ten (10) at sixteen (16) feet in length, and three point four (3.4) feet in width for a total of five hundred forty-four (544) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. Sheffield (1st & 2nd Fl) measure(s):
Five (5) at nineteen (19) feet in length, and three point four (3.4) feet in width for a total of three hundred twenty-three (323) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. Sheffield (1st & 2nd Fl) measure(s):
Three (3) at eight (8) feet in length, and three point four (3.4) feet in width for a total of eighty-one point six (81.6) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. Sheffield Ave. (2nd Fl) measure(s):
One (1) at seven (7) feet in length, and three point four (3.4) feet in width for a total of twenty-three point eight (23.8) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. Fullerton Ave (2nd Fl) measure(s):
