ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-H in area bound by
West north Avenue, the alley next East and parallel to North Hoyne Avenue, a line 50 feet South and parallel to West North Avenue, a line 99.80 feet East of and parallel to North Hoyne Avenue.
to those of a Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
