BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit District, as shown on Map 1-H in the area bounded by:

A line 119.80 east of North Wolcott Avenue, West Race Avenue, a line 215.64 feet east of North Wolcott Ave., and the alley north and parallel to West Race Avenue.
To those of RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhome and Multi-Family District. SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
