ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 through 36 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (35.5), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of February 11, 2009 at page 55009, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (35.5) On West Belmont Avenue, from North Kimball to North Central Park Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (35.8), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 25, 2012 at page 31346, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (35.8) On West Diversey Avenue, from North California Avenue to North
Sacramento Avenue.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (35.18), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of February 6, 2008 at page 20712, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (35.18) On West Armitaqe Avenue, from North Sacramento Avenue to North
Kedzie Avenue.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (35.24), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of March 14, 2007 at page 99834, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (35.24) On North Milwaukee Avenue, from North California Avenue to North
Sacramento Avenue.
SECTION 6. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (35.25), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of November 17, 2010 at...
