BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the DX-3 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by

West Madison Street, a line 50 feet east of and parallel to North Racine Avenue, a line 100 feet north of an parallel to West Madison Street, and a line 76.2 feet west of and parallel to North May Street

to those of a DR-3 Downtown Residential District.
