ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of B3-3 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 19-H in area bound by

West Howard Street; the alley next east of and parallel to North Ashland Avenue; West Howard Street; a line 115 feet south of and parallel to West Howard Street; North Ashland Avenue

to those of a B3-5 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of C1-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 19-H in area bound by

a line 115 feet south of and parallel to West Howard Street; the alley next east of and parallel to North Ashland Avenue; North Rogers Avenue, North Ashland Avenue

to those of a B3-5 Community Shopping District.
