ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the RT3.5 and RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.9-G in the area bounded by

beginning at the north right-of-way line of the alley next south of and parallel to West Henderson Street and the line thereof extended where no alley exists; the easterly right-of-way line of the C. M. ST. P. & P. Railroad; West School Street; a line 380.87 feet west of and parallel to North Racine Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West School Street; an the westerly right-of-way line of the C. M. ST. P. & P. Railroad (ToB),

to those of a POS-1 Neighborhood, Mini-and Play-Lot Parks District and a corresponding
